SENSUS Maxitrol
- SENSUS
SENSUS's
service regulators have a simple, modern design and
rugged construction, offering greater dependability, precise
pressure control, and outstanding performance. They are designed
to be installed in numerous mounting positions and are simple
to adjust and service. The union nut style connection on the
143-80 makes it especially easy to adjust.
SENSUS's
large
capacity industrial service regulators are designed and
built for commercial, industrial, and gas distribution use.
As a result of the union connection between the fully interchangeable
bodies and the diaphragm case, they have remarkable field
versatility. They are easy to install, adjust, inspect, and
service in all piping arrangements.
SENSUS's
field and high pressure service regulators combine
simplicity of design with rugged construction, exceptional
performance, and operational safety to provide dependable,
flexible, and economical answers for pounds-to-pounds pressure
regulation applications. They are easy to install, adjust,
inspect, and service in all piping arrangements.
SENSUS's
industrial combustion regulators combine new technology
with modern design to provide greater capacity, higher inlet
pressure, more accurate performance, and faster speed of response.
In most cases, this will allow the use of a smaller regulator.
They have high strength, corrosion resistant, die-cast diaphragm
cases and cast iron bodies, assuring a highly functional regulator
at a better price. The models incorporate soft seat valve
material plus a precision-machined "knife edge" orifice to
provide a positive, tight shutoff.
SENSUS
also manufactures intermediate capacity, pilot operated,
self-operated and extreme high-pressure regulators for
high flows and exceptionally fast response.
All of SENSUS's
regulators are designed to be used with natural gas, as well
as LPG vapor, air, oxygen, dry CO2, nitrogen, and other inert
gases. All models can be used indoors or outdoors, and have
operating temperature range from -20 ¡ f to 150 ¡ f, and are
not recommended for buried service.
Models:
496, 143, 243,
046, 141-A, 121, 122, 461, 441, 243-RPC

regulators
Maxitrol
Company manufactures a complete line of gas appliances and
line regulators for domestic, commercial, and industrial needs.
Models available for both low and intermediate pressure applications.
The poppet model RV Series is designed primarily for
main burner and pilot load applications. They are available
from 1/8" to 3/4" pipe size and rated for up to 1/2 psi.
The straight-through-flow RV Series, size for size,
has the highest capacity of any regulator design available.
They are best used when supply pressure is low enough to cause
concern about pressure drop. They are available from 1/2"
to 4" pipe size.
The balanced valve R, RS and 210 series are designed
for use with intermediate pressure. The balancing diaphragm
virtually eliminates inlet pressure supply fluctuations. The
R and RS series are available from 3/8" to 1" pipe size and
rated for up to 5 psi. The 210 series is available from 1"
to 4" pipe size and rated for up to 10 psi.
The lever acting 325 Series is a pounds to inches regulator,
ideally used to reduce intermediate pressure to a level usable
by standard low-pressure controls. They are available from
3/8" to 1 1/2" pipe size and rated for up to 10 psi. They
are commonly used in 2 lb. Or 5 lb. Systems.
The SR Series 2 stage regulators provide an economical
means of flame staging where infinite modulation is not required.
Turn down on low fire is from 25% to 75% of high fire flow
rates to 1,000 CFH. They are available from 3/8" to 1" pipe
size and rated for up to 1 psi.
