• Dresser valves and couplings
Dresser Manufacturing Division is a leader in the supply of piping specialties - pipe couplings and fittings, service saddles, self-tapping service connectors, expansion joints, flanged adapters, repair clamps and sleeves, excess flow devices, and valves.

Dresser piping and repair, couplings and sleeves, are at the forefront of the piping industry in their design and versatility. Multiple sizes, materials, and designs are available.

Dresser valves are available in designs ranging from "curb valves", gas service, meter valves, and in materials ranging from plastic to ductile iron. Models 175, 275, 588, 350, 475, and 575 are designed for durability under all service conditions.

Dresser's Style 488 Excess Flow Devices are simple in-line connectors for restricting the excessive flow of gases when a catastrophic rupture occurs in the pipeline. Various sizes and pressure ranges available.

    • Keckley strainers
As defined by the Fluid Controls Institute, a pipe line strainer is a device which provides a means of mechanically removing solids from a flowing fluid or gas by utilizing a perforated or wire mesh straining element. Strainers are an inexpensive means of protecting downstream mechanical equipment such as condensers, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, meters, spray nozzles, turbines, etc. from possible damage due to debris such as rust, pipe scale, sediment, and/or other solids.

Keckley's Y strainers, models A and B, can be installed effectively in a vertical or horizontal pipeline, with the screen cleaned by opening a blowoff valve installed at a blowoff connection, or by simply removing a plug in the bushing or blowoff flange. Cast iron, bronze, carbon steel, and stainless steel bodies are available, as well as 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 mesh screens, with stainless steel being the standard screen material. Body sizes from 2" to 12" available, screwed and flanged. Other models available upon request.
